Acceptible methods of payment for sale items to be released:
1. CASH
If you will be purchasing materials/equipment with cash $10k and over, an IRS FORM 8300 will need to be completed as well as a
copy of your drivers license and the top part of our credit application completed.
2. CREDIT CARD
We will accept credit card transactions up to $10k along with the top part of the credit application filled out and a copy of your
drivers license.
3. CHECK
If you are anticipating paying with a check and are not an established Cleveland Brothers credit line customer in good standing,
you will need a copy of your drivers license & the top part of our credit application completed. We can only verify checks up to
$30k on 10/22/16. Any amount over will require the equipment to be held until funds are verified. This can take 5-7 days.
4. CERTIFIED CHECK
One of the best options for non Cleveland Brothers, non Cat Commercial Account and out of territory customers. Any overage in
the check payment will be mailed to the customer after 7 days. Any shortage will require the equipment to be held for the balance
of the funds.
5. WIRE
Another best option for non Cleveland Brothers, non Cat Commercial Account and out of territory customers. Wire deposits can
be made in advance and any overage in the payment will be returned to the customer after 7 days. Any shortage will require the
equipment to be held for the balance of the funds. Wire/ach payment not made in advance - we can not release the materials/
equipment until the funds are received and verified on Monday (10/24/16). If you’d like to wire a deposit in advance, please contact

6. CAT COMMERCIAL
Established Commercial account customers my utilize their account as long as their account is in good standing and has a
sufficient amount of credit available. You can apply for Cat Commercial account filling out the 3rd page of our credit app. and
submit Cleveland Brothers salesman/credit or Finance MGR. . (We will not have your line of credit established until 10/24/16).
It’s preferable to do this in advance and the attached application can be completed and returned to Ron Badali @ Rbadali@
clevelandbrothers.com, or Tsarver@clevelandbrothers.com.
7. FINANCING
If you’d like to apply for financing of a unit, a Caterpillar Financial Services Corp., territory manager and a Cleveland Brothers
Equipment Co., Inc. Finance Mgr will be on hand to discuss and submit for approval. Most approvals will not take place on
Saturday and equipment may not be released until it has been approved. Pre- approval for a particular amount can be done with a
properly completed and signed credit application, personal information of ownership and drivers license copy. Please forward to
