Cleveland Brothers and ANNIKA Foundation: Empowering Future Leaders

Written by Cleveland Brothers | Jun 10, 2025 1:30:00 PM

As the golf world's attention turns to Pennsylvania for the U.S. Open this week, Cleveland Brothers is thrilled to announce a five-year partnership with the ANNIKA Foundation to serve as the presenting sponsor of the inaugural ANNIKA Inspiration Award.

The award presented by Cleveland Brothers will celebrate ANNIKA alumnae, former participants in the Foundation's various golf events and development programs, who have made significant contributions to their communities, professions or the world. A key component of the partnership includes a $25,000 charitable donation made in the award recipient's name to a nonprofit of her choice, further amplifying her impact.

For three generations, the Cleveland family has led our company with the understanding that strong foundations lead to lasting success. Just as we provide the equipment to build vital infrastructure, we believe in providing the tools and recognition that help talented individuals construct successful lives beyond their athletic achievements. This award is about recognizing those who are not just excelling in their sport but are actively charting a course for a lifetime of impact.

"At Cleveland Brothers, our values of safety, commitment, excellence, integrity, and teamwork guide everything we do," said Jay Cleveland Jr., Cleveland Brothers President and CEO. "We see those same values reflected in the ANNIKA Foundation and the remarkable young women this award will honor. It's a privilege to support the ANNIKA Inspiration Award and help recognize alumnae who are leading with purpose, making a lasting impact in their communities, and embodying the spirit of excellence both on and off the course."

Founded in 2007 by Hall of Fame golfer Annika Sörenstam, the ANNIKA Foundation is dedicated to developing, empowering, and advancing young women globally through golf and in life. It provides opportunities in women's golf while teaching essential life skills such as personal development, fitness, nutrition, mental health, and career development. The Foundation's mission to foster excellence and support growth aligns seamlessly with Cleveland Brothers long-standing principles. The inaugural ANNIKA Inspiration Award, sponsored by Cleveland Brothers, will be presented later this year. This sponsorship reinforces Cleveland Brothers commitment to supporting individuals who are making a real difference, just as the company strives to do in the communities it serves across Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Maryland.
