Course Description:
This course provides the learner with the foundation needed in order to tune the air/fuel ratio of a stoichiometric (3-way catalyst-.5% oxygen) gas engine. It is imperative that the learner be fluent with the gas engine fuel and air system component functions. If fluency with these component functions has not been achieved, the learner should review the courses that deal specifically with the fuel, air intake, and exhaust systems of the natural gas engine.
