Caterpillar exited the On-Highway Truck business in 2009, and over the past 15 years, we have diligently explored every option to keep this part of our business viable. We understand that this news may come as a disappointment, but this was not a decision made lightly, and we deeply regret any inconvenience or disruption this may cause you and your operations.
Effective September 1, 2025, Cleveland Brothers will no longer provide on-highway truck services. Please take note of the following:
End of On-Highway Truck Operations: All on-highway truck services will cease as of September 1, 2025.
Ongoing Projects: We are working to assess all current projects. Your Sales Representative will be in touch with you directly in the coming days to discuss the status of your projects and outline the next steps.
No New Projects Accepted: We are no longer accepting new projects related to on-highway trucks.
Parts Warranty Coverage: The standard 12-month Cat parts warranty will remain valid. However, all service warranty work must be performed by certified Truck Engine Parts & Service (TEPS) dealers.
Starting September 1, 2025, Cleveland Brothers will no longer be able to process or perform warranty work on on-highway trucks.
To assist you with future warranty claims and service needs for your on-highway trucks, we highly recommend utilizing certified Truck Engine Parts and Service (TEPS) dealers. These dealers are authorized and equipped to handle warranty claims and provide service. For your convenience, we have compiled a list of recommended TEPS dealers in the areas that Cleveland Brothers will no longer cover. We encourage you to contact these dealers directly regarding your warranty repair and service needs:
