On-Highway Truck Division Closure

Effective Sept. 1, 2025, Cleveland Brothers will close its On-Highway Truck Division, which encompasses all operations related to on-highway trucks.

Caterpillar exited the On-Highway Truck business in 2009, and over the past 15 years, we have diligently explored every option to keep this part of our business viable. We understand that this news may come as a disappointment, but this was not a decision made lightly, and we deeply regret any inconvenience or disruption this may cause you and your operations.

What This Means

• Ongoing Projects: We are working to assess all current projects. Your Sales Representative will be in touch with you directly in the coming days to discuss the status of your projects and outline the next steps.
• Pending Projects: For any pending projects, we will be in touch promptly to discuss options.
• New Projects: Please note that Cleveland Brothers will not be accepting any new projects as of July 28, 2025.
