S∙O∙S Services is a key enabler of equipment management, turning fluid analysis data into valuable information by identifying excessive wear or contaminated fluids and helping to reduce total cost of ownership by enabling repair before failure.
For our customers, participating in fluid analysis services will get even easier and more accessible with enhanced functionality within VisionLink. On February 27, 2026, fluid sampling reports will be moved to VisionLink®. Through VisionLink, customers can register & track fluid samples, view & compare results, and configure & receive notifications and reports. Additionally, the ‘needs review’ feature allows for customers to record actions taken in response to fluid analysis results.
Service will not be interrupted, and customers will immediately have access to all past and current S∙O∙S sampling reports, but each customer will need to enable notifications within VisionLink because the current S∙O∙S web platform will be retired on March 2, 2026.
For instructions on how to configure notifications, please download this guide sheet.
No need to leave VisionLink. Sample results with details & graphs can be viewed directly in VisionLink, which means no jumping between different solutions.
Improve interpretation quality. With the ability to register a fluid sample using a Cleveland Brothers provided sample number or QR code, users can save time & potentially reduce the risk of unidentified samples. To make things easier, the VisionLink mobile app allows for QR code scanning.
