What’s Changing? 

Over the next few months, we’ll be updating our systems to deliver an even better experience. Visit this page for the latest information about these improvements.

What will change for me?

  • Customer Accounts
    • Cleveland Brothers will securely transfer your account data to our new system.
    • Customer account numbers will look different. Customers will notice a "C0" at the beginning of their account number.
  • Invoices
    • Invoice numbers will look different but will contain the same information.
    • We will continue using Billtrust, and you will continue receiving invoices like you do today.
  • System Availability
    • Some of our customer-facing systems will be unavailable in the days surrounding the launch of our new system. We will keep customers informed of any temporary changes.

Parts Customer

  • Returns: Last day for Cat Reman Core returns is Sept. 17. Last day for other returns is Oct. 1. Returns resume Oct. 15.
  • Online Orders: Last day to order online is Oct. 1.
  • Ordering During Downtime: From Oct. 6–13, call your local Parts Department. Transactions will be processed manually and may be delayed.

One Call Rentals Customers

  • Invoicing: Agreements due will be invoiced by Oct. 6; adjustments after go-live.
  • CatRentalStore.com: Site static Oct. 6–13, resumes Oct. 14. New contracts will reference current ones; invoices created prior to Oct. 13 remain in Billtrust.
  • Placing Orders: To order rental equipment from Oct. 6 – Oct. 13, call off a rental contract or submit a purchase order number, please call your local One Call Rentals location.

When will this change happen?

          The new system is projected to go live on October 13th, 2025.

What’s Changing? 

Cleveland Brothers is transitioning to an advanced software system that allows all business areas to work within one platform, provides real-time data, and improves internal processes.

Impact on vendor operations

  • Purchase orders
    • Purchase orders will look different but will contain the same information.
  • Invoices
    • All vendor invoices will be required to be emailed to ap@clevelandbrothers.com in order to process payment.
    • Must contain the following for efficient payment processing:
      • Business Name
      • Business Address
      • Part Number
      • Description
      • Purchase Order Number
      • Line items billed (shipped for packing slips)
      • Tax, freight, or other associated charges (invoices only)

 

When will this change happen?

         The new system is projected to go live on October 13th, 2025.
