CV Series Hydrovac at Cleveland BrothersNo matter what line of work you’re in, you may come across difficult job environments that could put the safety of you and those around you at risk. This is especially true in certain jobsites that require excavation around underground utilities, pipes or other unknown infrastructure.

Luckily, there’s a safer, more sustainable form of excavation available to you through Cleveland Brothers — hydro-excavation with the CV Series Hydrovac.

Using an application manufactured by Premier Oilfield Equipment Co. and built on the Cat® CT660,  the Hydrovac uses high-pressure water to break up the earth while, at the same time, the earth is removed by a powerful vacuum. When utilized properly, hydro-excavation with the Hydrovac is a safe, efficient and non-destructive means of evacuation.

Engineered to Move Dirt, Fast.

Years of development by Premier Oilfield Equipment went in to designing the Hydrovac. Every aspect of the Hydrovac process was analyzed to ensure that it pulls the most dirt in the least amount of time with the safest and most efficient operation. That means its designed to work in a variety of applications, including Oil & Gas Services like horizontal drilling operations and potholing, Oil & Gas Pipeline Infrastructure, like daylighting and pre-excavation work, Utility work like small trenching and sewer cleaning and more.

The four available models (CV-100, CV-100T, CV-200 and CV-300) are all powered by a Cat CT Series Vocational Truck Engine and CX31 transmission for rugged durability, fuel economy and smooth shifting for optimum power and efficiency. As an added convenience, the majority of parts on the Hydrovac are Cat parts which, along with your maintenance, can be purchased and serviced at Cleveland Brothers.

Its patented Mud Sweep and Mud Slide off-loading system eliminates the need to raise the debris tank and avoid potential overhead hazards. Rather than using gravity along, the Hydrovac applies its mechanical advantage to quickly offload compacted tank debris.

A wireless remote control, heated aluminum van body, Cat transfer case and more combine to make the Hydrovac a user-friendly, high performance hydro-excavator.
