What I liked about this experience is that the technician solved the problem. He was nice and easy to deal with and showed concern by calling me after I left the shop to find out if the repair was good that he cared enough to want to know if he had actually fixed the problem right.

The technician was very professional, he did what was asked with no complaints, fixed the machine and I am very pleased with the service. I am happy with Cleveland Brothers.

The two guys I deal with are Chad Hachat and Steve Toth, both are top notch. When I call or email them, they are very responsive and answer all my questions. I am very pleased with the service.

My salesman, Andy Gaslevich, was very quick to respond to my very first email and he was awesome. The rental coordinator, Corey Weleski, was excellent and made quick follow ups and replies. If you had a question then Corey would have you an answer.

The shop supervisor helped me out and got me going, and the mechanic did what was needed to complete the repair by the next day.

Brad Stuber is an amazing mechanic, he does a great job on our machines.

Cleveland Brothers is experienced, knowledgeable about the problem and had the ability to fix it. Everything went smoothly and they did what I asked them to do.

They are knowledgeable. John Zelonis and the rest of the guys let you know what you are looking for and do a great job.

Jeremy Hoffman is great at always returning my calls and not leaving me hanging. Jeremy and the other mechanics do a great job of making me feel like I am their only customer and make decisions in my best interest.

Bellefonte is helpful in determining what parts are needed when I am unsure. They also have a great used parts department and the wait time for parts isn’t long. Jason Bloom, Doug Rossman, Ryan Miller, Shawn Reese and Tim Hendricks have all been helpful.

Josh Shirk was very professional. He did everything he could to get the job done correctly.

Paul Robinson and his crew were very good. They come out in a timely manner, are professional, have everything that they need to complete the service and if another issue arises while they are there, they try their best to work it into their schedule to fix it while they are there. Bill Frank, Brice Ferguson, Danny McCaslin and Pat Diehl are the service technicians that I deal with that all do a great job.

The technician who came out, Donny Miller, was very knowledgeable on the equipment. During the load test, there was a level of professionalism, communication, and knowledge, which was very much appreciated.

I liked the quick response. Cleveland Brothers has a good group of guys out of State College, especially Robert Peters, Danny McCaslin, and Paul Robinson.

The service technician that came out was very knowledgeable. He did the job very efficiently and very quickly.

I was impressed with the technician by the name of “Jake Kinnan”. He got the job done and did everything he said he was going to do in a timely fashion.

I received great service from everyone from the front desk to Dan Maloney the salesman. They even brought me to the back to explain and show me what was going on.

This was an emergency rental on my part. I had a rental agreement with another company that fell through at the last minute. Cleveland Brothers was able to provide me with what I needed. The salesman, Dan Proud, worked with me very well. I would have rated Dan a 10.

I was very impressed at how respectful and kind Cleveland Brothers treated me. I know they deal with a lot of larger companies and I was treated just like one of their bigger customers.

Cleveland Brothers performed the service in a timely manner; they gave me a timeframe and kept on schedule. I worked with Chris Breznay and Stanley Bednash who provided good customer service. I had a good experience with all of the personnel.

Our salesman, Jason Hairston, is outstanding and is really good at getting me everything that I need without telling him. I just tell him what I need to fix and Jason knows what to get.

I would recommend everyone there, but specifically Jake Kinnan, Matt Cross, and Chuck Jasek are all great. They went to my house first to see if the RV was okay to drive to the shop because it was in guarded mode. They arrived promptly and serviced it the next day in the shop. I appreciated their extra effort.

Justin Tillotson is always very helpful. Justin always returns my calls right away and makes the rental process go very smoothly.

Rick Miller, the technician, knew what I was talking about even before he saw the equipment. Rick was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and when he took it apart it was what he had thought it was. I was very impressed with RIck and his skills. If we need anything more in the future we will go back to him.

It is rare to find the quality of service that I receive from the Murrysville branch. They go out of their way to provide good service, not because it is their job, but because they genuinely want to. The level of service that I receive makes my life easier.

Chris Rifendifer in the service department is knowledgeable. He and Karen Valore are super to work with.

They responded quickly to my call, diagnosed the problem, and had the parts to complete the repair.  Both the service manager and the mechanic provided good service.

All of the parts staff are nice and helpful. Matt Bard is the associate that I call. I call Matt and give him the parts product numbers, and Matt gets back with me right away with a quote. Matt is very patient with me and my company’s needs.

The Cleveland Brothers technician came on time and was very knowledgeable. The technician took the time to thoroughly look everything over and provided great feedback regarding the field service. Keep up the good work with service and the field technicians.

The Cleveland Brothers service technician Neal Mattern is great. There is no one better!

What was special about this experience that I really appreciate; Jake Kinnan, the service technician who kept calling me with updates advising me of what was going on, he was helpful and it was great. I’ve never had anyone at a shop to do that before, Jake called me every couple of days to let me know what was happening.

I have been using them for a long time. The technician, William Wentz, is knowledgeable and does a good job

I recommend Cleveland Brothers all the time because they offer a personal touch throughout the experience. I talk to someone every step of the way, from the person performing the work to the person who oversees the work. They provide technical support which is important. The communication from Cleveland Brothers is excellent. Cleveland Brothers has a pretty good handle on our operation.

I like Scott Cosenza, the technician that comes out. He is one of the main reasons I call them to come out. Scott just has a great attitude and does a great job and does not mess around.

Cleveland Brothers has a good crew of people that work there – Doug Rossman, Shawn Reese and Roy Shaw. They are always polite, provide quick service and order the correct parts.

Josh Shirk takes his time to make sure the job is done right and Carl Kulp is an in-charge guy who is very knowledgeable. I can’t say enough good things about them.

I would highly recommend Cleveland Brothers One Call Rentals, because I like the ease of dealing with the branch and my salesperson, Andy Gaslevich.

Chris Rifendifer, Kerry Valore and the shop staff are without a doubt the best in the business. These guys are honest and up front and try to help in any way. They go out of their way to satisfy customers. I had an emergency with the C7 and they got right to it. They are very upfront about what the possibilities are in regards to the equipment. The technicians are outstanding. When they found the problem, they called and explained everything and they are like teachers to those that aren’t versed on the equipment. They are outstanding and always have an answer for me. I won’t go anywhere else.

They are courteous, they arrive on time, and they troubleshoot the problem well. If more issues arise during the service, they will inform me and let me know what it will cost. Alex Nicoletti is first class, and easy to work with.

Ryan Altsman, my representative, was very good at calling and letting me know what was going on and how things were coming along with my truck’s service.

I have used Cleveland Brothers for years. They are reliable. The most important thing is the quick turnaround time on repairs. Keep up the good work.

The guy I dealt with was friendly, informative, attentive, explained everything to me, and provided great customer service.

Jason Shook and Jason Hairston are easy to work with and are very knowledgeable.

Cleveland Brothers is good to work with. Rich Gillespie, the sales representative, did a good job. Rich is on top of things and on the ball. Rich helps me out and has good customer relations. Rich took care of a few issues that I had. The service department also did a great job.

The technician, Brad Stuber, was excellent. He was personable, knowledgeable, and what he did not know, he found out. The ladies in the office were accommodating and friendly.

I would recommend a specific mechanic named Warren Henry. He is knowledgeable and timely to return phone calls. Warren is a good personable human being.

Kyle Wagner did a good job for me. Kyle gave some great pointers as well, which I appreciated. The service manager set it up with me and tried to pair me up with another service call in the area. Everyone did what they said and helped me out.
