SIS 2.0: The new way to access parts and service information
Caterpillar has made it easier and faster for you to get the parts and service information you need—all in one place—with SIS 2.0.
WHAT IS SIS 2.0?
This cloud-based platform is replacing SIS Web. SIS 2.0 can be accessed on any device, with any modern browser. It requires no plugins, updates or configurations. This simple-to-use platform makes information easier to find, increasing productivity and overall revenue.
WHEN DO I NEED TO MIGRATE TO SIS 2.0?
Starting April 30, 2021, the SIS link on Parts.Cat.com will direct users to the new SIS 2.0 site. In addition, you must migrate to SIS 2.0 by May 14, 2021, as SIS Web will no longer be accessible.
WHY ARE WE MIGRATING TO SIS 2.0?
SIS Web is the current technical parts and service delivery platform accessed by dealers, customers and Caterpillar users. It supplies dealer business systems and internal applications, like Parts.Cat.Com. The current system behind SIS Web is incompatible with mobile devices and modern web browsers, resulting in a limited experience.
The new SIS 2.0 provides:
• 24% less time-in-system and 50% less clicks compared to SIS Web
• One-click access to Planned Maintenance and Service Options
• Mobile-friendly platform optimized for modern browsers
• Lateral navigation across Parts and Service information
• Seamless integration with Cat applications and dealer business systems
HOW DO I ACCESS SIS 2.0?
You can easily access the platform from your phone, tablet or computer in your web browser by visiting sis2.cat.com. You will use the same login information as you’ve used in SIS Web.

CAN I STILL ACCESS SIS WEB?
SIS Web will no longer be accessible on May 15, 2021.
