Cleveland Brothers Partners with Fred Eberle TC - The Challenge Program

As a business partner with The Challenge Program, Inc., Cleveland Brothers had the opportunity to address full student assemblies to share information about the construction and heavy equipment industry and its workforce needs.

During assemblies at three schools within the Cleveland Brothers territory — Monroe Career & Technical Institute, Bartonsville, Pa.; Forbes Road Career and Technology Center, Monroeville, Pa.; and Fred W. Eberle Technical Center, Buckhannon, West Va. — students in the sophomore, junior, and senior classes were encouraged to achieve desired good habits and best practices in order to demonstrate academic and workplace success. Throughout the year, the students will be eligible to compete for financial awards in five areas:

  • Attendance
  • Academic Improvement
  • Academic Excellence
  • STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
  • Community Service

In addition, the top five students from the 10th, 11th, and 12th grades will receive a certificate for their accomplishments and a cash prize.
